We do not accept returns with less that 2 weeks remaining before the season opener. During the 2 weeks before the opener, you are encouraged to give an extra couple days before your draft for shipment. If you order with Express Shipping, we will refund the product cost to you if the shipment is late for your event. If you ordered with a slower shipping option, and your kit arrives late, Bruno's will not issue refunds. If the delay is our fault, we will gladly refund your purchase.
